The body pattern and decorative stitch idea for these spur straps came from a good hand that I have had the privilege to ride with. He had a pair made years ago that looked like they had seen a lot of miles, so he asked me to remake him a pair. I really liked the pattern and thought it was fitting for them to be known in our shop as "the Joes"
